Founded on vision, discipline, and deep market insight, ARIPL is the result of the entrepreneurial journey of Mr. Surender Kaushik, who established the company in Gurgaon in 2013 with a clear ambition—to build a real estate brand rooted in trust, quality, and long-term value.
Mr. Kaushik brings over 13 years of hands-on experience in Gurgaon’s real estate market, having closely witnessed and contributed to its transformation. Starting as a real estate advisory and development-focused enterprise, ARIPL steadily earned credibility through market knowledge, ethical practices, and consistent performance.
Under his leadership, the company evolved from real estate services into full-scale real estate development, marking a defining milestone in 2025 with the launch of its own residential projects, including The Billionaire Street and premium developments at Adani Oyster along the Dwarka Expressway.
Mr. Kaushik’s approach to real estate is driven by a belief that true luxury lies in thoughtful planning, superior execution, and lasting value. Known for his attention to detail and on-ground involvement, he plays an active role across every stage of development—from land selection and design collaboration to construction oversight and final delivery.
